Have started a new painting of La Republique. I'm also restoring and old frame for it and i'm decorating the frame with gold-leaf.
Also have been reading Van Gogh's letters.
In chronological order. 26 Dec 1878 he's in Borinage then and his religious obsession is in full swing. Makes for some dull reading let me tell you. My heart goes out to Theo for having to endure pages upon pages of holy-joe proselytizing!
